For my second blog post I am going to be conducting a social media audit on a company that I visited over interterm. The social media channels that this company has are: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. I cannot put the usernames due to the fact that I am keeping this company private. Instagram has all of their information filled out along with Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. Their Instagram account is not very up to date, the last post was January 10, which should be fixed because a lot of teenagers to young adults use Instagram more than any of the three other apps. They have about 7,000 followers on their Instagram and their logo/brand match the website. Next is Twitter. Their Twitter is also not up to date at all being as the last post was made on November 11, 2019. They have about 6,500 followers and their logo/brand also match the website perfectly. Facebook is a lot more up to date than any of the other accounts for this company. Their last post was made five hours ago and before that it was saturday. They have have about 120,000 followers with about 121,000 people who like the page. Their branding and logos also math the website. Their Linkedin account is up to date and they have about 85 followers. I cannot really tell how long ago their last post was but seems like they put out what they need to and when they need to. Their logos and branding also match the website. The goals I would set for this company are to increase the amount they post on Instagram in order to show off their company for the KPI. For twitter I think they should try and get to 7,000 followers and the KPI would be follower count. Facebook I think is going really well maybe they could also grow their followers to 125,000 which the KPI would also be follower count. Their Linkedin could also grow in their followers to at least 100 and their KPI would also again be follower count.
